The aspect of my work that consists in narrating
different emotional states began in 1996 with the projection
of slides of bodies and faces on ceilings, walls, floors, and
trees.
I extended this work by reworking images on a computer
and printing them on sheets of plexiglass, a material I considered
similar to a projector beam in terms of its impalpability.
After this my work found what I consider to be
its purest expression so far: prints on paper where variations
of light isolate the subject and emphasize their emotions.
The last phase of my work is comprised of video
installations that elucidate this same progression of imagery
with a slight, almost imperceptible movement.
